Cadence · walkthrough

See the week you had. Spend the next one better.

Connect your real calendar — Google sign-in or an .ics export — then walk down last week like a timeline. For each block, one tap: glad you did it, or not? Read-only, parsed right here in your browser, nothing stored on a server yet.

Step 1 · Connect

Where does your time live?

Cadence reads your calendar to rebuild your week. Read-only, parsed in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.

Most calendar hosts block cross-site URL reads — if the URL fails, download the .ics and upload it instead.

Step 2 · Whose time is this?

Give each calendar a role.

Counts is your time. Aware stays visible but never counts — partners, holidays, subscriptions. Hidden disappears.

Same roles as the iOS app's settings — change them anytime and every week recounts.

Step 3 · Import

Rebuilding last week…

Step 4 · Last week

One tap per block: glad you did it, or not? Open blocks first ask what they were. Tap any block to change an answer.

Keys: 1 😊 glad · 2 🙁 not · U undo · S skip

That's your whole week, mapped.

Step 5 · Your energy map

What lifts you. What drains you.

Every waking hour you tagged, sorted the way a life designer would:

hours you were glad of
hours you'd take back

What lifted you

What drained you

glad hours a week — your baseline

A first read from one remembered week — it firms up as real weeks come in.

Step 6 · The week ahead

Protect up to three things.

Pick what would make next week feel well spent.
